The Role.
Let’s make moves! We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join the Revolution and create a meaningful and collaborative lending experience for our customers. As an HRBP at Revolution Mortgage, you’ll be responsible for supporting our HR Department and act as the first point of contact for our branches on HR related inquiries from employees and external partners. This role will require strong administrative duties which include maintaining employee records, managing documents, and updating internal HR database.
What you’ll be doing.
- Performance Management: Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
- Employee Relations: Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, boost morale, and increase productivity and retention across the business units.
- HR Policy Guidance: Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation to both employees and management to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Workforce Planning & Succession: Offers guidance on business unit restructurings, workforce planning, and succession planning to support long-term business objectives.
- Training & Development: Identifies training needs for business units and individual coaching needs. Participates in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs, ensuring objectives are met and training effectiveness is assessed.
- Meetings and Consultations: Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units to address HR issues, provide insights, and offer recommendations. Consults with line management on HR-related matters to drive business success.
- Employee Relations & Investigations: Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts thorough, effective, and objective investigations to address concerns and ensure compliance.
- Legal Compliance: Maintains an in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees. Works to reduce legal risks, ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed.
- HR Training: Facilitates HR-related training to applicable business units to foster a better understanding of policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Metrics & Analytics: Analyzes HR trends and metrics, partnering with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies that address organizational needs.
- Additional Duties: Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in HR, with strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
- Experience in workforce planning, training development, and employee relations investigations.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of HR software and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to HR practices.
