Loan Origination & Processing for a Producing Team:
Work with a successful mortgage team to handle loans and get home loans funded for everything from First Time Home Buyers to Savvy Investors. You also will be able to work on your own loans from your own data base along with the option to take advantage of calling on leads from multiple sources each with proven record of success. You will be able to build your business while gaining on the job experience to improve your overall knowledge.

Responsibilities:
- Manage Team Pipeline
- Communicate with all parties in transactions while delivering timely updates
- Build & maintain relationships with borrowers, realtors, and other referral sources.
- Evaluate loan applications and documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Analyze financials & credit to determine eligibility for loan products.
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions with borrowers.
- Manage the loan process from application to closing.
Requirements:
- Active NMLS license

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
