Job Summary:
The Lab Technician will work in a dynamic laboratory environment, performing a variety of analytical tests and supporting quality assurance processes for food and beverage products. This role requires strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of laboratory procedures, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all analyses

Assist in the development and validation of new testing procedures

Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment (pH meters, spectrophotometers, titrators, etc.)

Adhere to good laboratory practices (GLP) and safety protocols

Work closely with Quality Assurance, R&D, and Production teams to ensure product integrity

Prepare lab reagents and maintain inventory of lab supplies

Support troubleshooting and investigations related to product quality issues
Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field

1–2 years of experience in a lab setting, preferably within the food or beverage industry

Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and food safety protocols a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and LIMS or other lab data systems

Excellent communication and organizational skills
