Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance.
- Assist in annual benefits renewals, open enrollment processes, and communication of changes to employees.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile benefits-related accounts, including payroll deductions, vendor invoices, and payments.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to benefits expenses.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure smooth integration of benefits and accounting operations.
- Support projects related to new benefits programs, system implementations, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field..
- 1-3 years of experience in benefits administration, accounting, or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective employee engagement.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
