Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and certified nCino Business Analyst with a background in Commercial lending and a plus if they have Farm Credit experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong background in banking, financial services, and Farm Credit.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the nCino platform, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• nCino Configuration : Configure the nCino platform to meet business needs, including setting up workflows, forms, and reports.
• Process Improvement : Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using the nCino platform.
• Project Management : Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery of nCino implementations.
• Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the nCino platform.
• Testing and Validation : Develop and execute test plans to ensure the nCino configuration meets business requirements and quality standards.
• Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Stakeholder Communication : Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• QualificationsExperience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the banking, financial services, or Farm Credit industry.
• Certification : Certified nCino Business Analyst or equivalent certification.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in configuring and customizing the nCino platform. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
• Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Project Management : Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Preferred QualificationsFarm Credit Experience : Direct experience working with Farm Credit systems and understanding of agricultural lending processes.
• Degree : Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Additional Certifications : Additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or other relevant areas.
• Experience with Agile : Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
