Field Service Technician Onsite (Lexmark) | Columbus, GA

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite technical support to ensure optimal performance of Lexmark products.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues with printers, scanners, fax machines, and peripherals.
- Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, alignment, calibration) to optimize device functionality.
- Assist customers with installation, configuration, and user training.
- Troubleshoot complex problems and provide fast, effective solutions.
- Document service calls and maintain records of equipment history.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs.
- Coordinate repairs & replacement parts with internal teams.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Follow safety guidelines when handling electrical components and heavy machinery.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred but not required).
- Valid driver s license with an excellent driving record.
- Proven field service experience, preferably with Lexmark products.
- Knowledge of printing technology, network connectivity, and IT infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of Windows & MacOS operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly (both verbal & written).
- Self-motivated with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Ability to safely lift & maneuver up to 60 lbs.
