Customer Service/Technical Support -Hybrid - Columbia, SC

Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to end-users. This role involves troubleshooting issues, providing guidance on products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and a customer-focused mindset.


Customer Support:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems).
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening, understanding the issue, and providing clear, concise solutions.
  • Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices.

Technical Troubleshooting:

  • Analyze and resolve technical problems related to software, hardware, networks, and applications.
  • Utilize remote tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Escalate unresolved technical issues to advanced support teams or developers when necessary.

Ticket Management:

  • Record, track, and manage customer issues using a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, Zendesk, or Jira).
  • Prioritize and resolve tickets in adherence to established service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide regular status updates to customers and stakeholders.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and sales, to address customer needs.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a knowledge base by documenting solutions to common problems.
  • Identify and report recurring technical issues to support process and product improvement.
