Key Responsibilities:
- Server Management & Maintenance: Manage and maintain servers and related infrastructure components, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Cloud Systems Administration: Administer and support cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
- AI Systems: Manage and maintain AI systems, including hardware and software components.
- Network Services: Administer and support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other network services.
- Virtualization & Cloud: Support virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
- Security & Compliance: Ensure NIST 800-171 compliance and other security standards.
- Backup & Disaster Recovery: Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Use IT operations monitoring tools (e.g., Solarwinds, Azure Monitor, VROperations) to monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Documentation: Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and network diagrams.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and junior IT staff.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT teams to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
