The location of the iconic Hamilton’s Grill Room, and most recently Brian’s at the Grill, has undergone a transformation that celebrates this community’s historical narrative and culture– that is both innovative and uprising. The design is bold and moody with warm tones and textiles – each dining space unique to one another, as you move throughout.

The menu showcases woodfire proteins from an open kitchen concept accented by a selection of appetizers, entrees and specials, perfect for everyday dining – or special occasions. All cuisine is complimented by an all-new cocktail, beer and wine menu.

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Food Servers, Bussers and Runners to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food service in an upscale-casual environment, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality. A passion and commitment to hospitality will play a crucial role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Duties

• Serve food items according to established standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the side stations and dining areas.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.

Skills

• Strong culinary knowledge and server skills with a passion for the food service industry.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Abiltiy to communitcate effectively with kitchen.
• Ability to work efficiently in an upscale- casual, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
