Account Director

rEvolution is seeking an Account Director. Reporting to the VP, Account Management, you will lead our client programs at all levels and manage all aspects of client growth and programming while collaborating with multiple rEvolution departments to ensure that programs run flawlessly to meet clients’ needs.

You Will

• Maintain and expand the client relationship to facilitate delivery of integrated services and drive agency growth
• Manage relationships and engage in constant communication with multiple property stakeholders in order to ensure the successful execution of client programming and identify future opportunities for program growth
• Integrate and direct internal agency service resources, as well as direct reports, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of program initiatives
• Support senior management on operational aspects of client programs as assigned in a leadership capacity
• Work with internal agency service groups to evaluate and achieve client objectives
• Manage execution of recap decks for each program while evaluating data and metrics for key client takeaways to build upon the existing client relationship and future opportunities
• Build and manage detailed project tracking tools that serve as both a road map for client reporting and internal team organization
• Manage project hour reports and is constantly aware of how to most efficiently utilize available resources
• Oversee all client-related financial and administrative compliance including maintaining program financials, contract administration, client onboarding, invoicing and PO creation, and budget forecasting
  
  

You Have

• 10 years of client management experience including the areas of event or logistics management at an agency, brand or sports property
• 1 year of experience managing a direct report or team of direct reports
• Experience and knowledge of integrated marketing communications, including but limited to experiential, public relations, media, consumer insights, email marketing, sponsorship, and creative design
• The ability to work flexible hours when necessary, which may include nights and weekends
• Experience with youth, community or local event activations.
• Past work experience within or a deep passion for and knowledge of soccer.
• The ability to travel up to 15%
  
  

This hybrid role is based in our fabulous Chicago office, but has a global reach

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $120-140K, and includes an annual bonus potential of 12.5%.
