rEvolution is seeking an Associate, Human Resources to join our growing team. In this role, reporting to the Director, Human Resources, you willprovide operational & administrative support to the Human Resources team.
You Will :
- Act as the main point of contact for transactional HR processes in accordance with established guidelines
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and accurate process from start to finish.
- Manage HRIS and vendor tools, including accuracy of employment records and troubleshooting as needed.
- Deliver tactical support to drive the HR aspects of cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Create routine and ad hoc HR reports as needed in support of the function.
- Partner with the Payroll and Benefits on operational and administrative related tasks
- Provide administrative support to the broader HR team as needed.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $45,000-55,000 and includes an annual bonus potential of 5%.
