Then this is your opportunity to lead a dynamic team to empower a massive global brand.You Will : Collaborate with Executive Team to grow the brand, reputation, and portfolio of the agency.Review creative department work and lead group efforts.Attract, develop, and motivate high performing creative talent while ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the Creative Department output.Develop and present creative work, both internally and to clients.Provide department vision, organization, and mentorship.Interpret briefs to discover insights and foundations for creative development.Team up to push the agency’s work to a higher aesthetic and reputation.Professionally represent rEvolution in the marketplace.Work with other members of senior management to identify opportunities for growth and the resources needed.Additional duties that support the agency, department, and program goals.You Have : 12 years of experience working full-time within marketing.Exemplary track record of agency team leadership with a portfolio of produced work.Superior presentation skills and engaging energy.Willingness to travel on occasion.This hybrid role is based in our fabulous Chicago office.The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $165-190K, and includes an annual bonus potential of 12.5%.Compensation packages are based on unique factors for each specific candidate including skillset, depth of experience, business needs, parity with other team members, and applicable certifications, among other job-related considerations. rEvolution offers a robust benefits package, highlighted below. Salary : $165,000 - $190,000
