As the Senior Account Director, you will be vital in driving the successful growth, development, planning and execution of our client programs. Reporting to the Vice President Account Management, you will be a leader within the Account Management group, responsible for developing and directing multi-discipline teams in the management of our client programs at all levels.

You Will

  • Be responsible for building, maintaining and expanding client relationships to facilitate delivery of integrated services and drive agency growth
  • Oversee and manage your client’s portfolio of sports and entertainment sponsorships
  • Manage responsibilities of rEvolution account management staff and provide performance feedback with the focus on development and growth at the agency
  • Integrate and direct internal agency service resources to ensure seamless execution and delivery of program initiatives. These integrated services include, but are not limited to, creative strategy, production, A&I, social, content, PR and project management.
  • Manage relationships and engage in frequent communication with multiple property stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of client programming and identify future opportunities for program growth.
  • Collaborate consistently with client’s interagency teams (IAT) to deliver fully integrated marketing communications plans.
  • Direct the execution of recaps for each client program while evaluating data and metrics for key client takeaways to build upon the existing partnerships and identify future opportunities.
  • Oversee all client-related financial and administrative compliance including, maintain program financials, contract administration, client onboarding, invoicing and PO creation, budget forecasting, and resource utilization
  • Ensure client scope renewal and year-over-year program growth

You Have

  • 12 years of client management experience including the areas of sport sponsorship or event management at an agency, brand or property
  • The ability to travel as necessary to align with client programming and planning meetings offsite
  • Proven experience and knowledge of integrated sports marketing communications including but not limited to experiential, public relations, media, consumer insights, email marketing, sponsorship, and creative design
  • Direct experience with sports partnerships and sports-focused experiential activations (this is required).

This hybrid role is based in our fabulous Chicago office, but has a global reach

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $130-150K, and includes an annual bonus potential of 12.5%.
