rEvolution is seeking a Vice President of Marketing Communications (VP, Marcom) to join our growing global sports marketing agency. Reporting to the Head of Account Management, you will lead the strategic development and execution of integrated marketing and communications campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business results for our clients in the sports industry.
You Will :
- Leadership and Strategy :
Lead a team of marketing and communication professionals, providing direction and oversight across all MARCOM activities, including integrated PR, influencer marketing, social, and content creation.
Leverage PR strategies to expand the agency's presence and influence within the sports marketing industry, positioning rEvolution as a leader in this space.
Drive the creation of campaigns that resonate with target audiences, resulting in measurable outcomes for clients and business growth for rEvolution.
Oversee budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet strategic objectives.

This hybrid role is based in our fabulous Chicago office but has a global reach.
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000 and includes an annual bonus potential of 17.5%.
