Position Title: Cultivation Technician – Harvest, Veg, & Sanitation
Position Location: Fitchburg, MA

Position Schedule: 7:00AM - 3:00PM, (Schedule set upon hire)

Position Summary:
Cultivation Technicians assist with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation including but not limited to tasks in Crop management, and Harvest management. Within this role you will be required to assist in the monitoring and upkeep of plants from seedling, through transplant, until maturity. You will also aid in the harvesting of mature plants. You will be required to help document plant growth during all growth stages including harvest. In this role you may assist with the sanitation tasks crucial to the successful cultivation operations. Within this role for all grow operations you will help maintain accurate records compliant with CCC regulations. Cultivation Technicians – Harvest, Veg, & Cultivation will assist with other operational needs that arise in the Cultivation Department and at Revolutionary Clinics as needed.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in all aspects of the cultivation & crop management processes including but not limited to trellising, defoliation, pruning, transplanting, and propagation.
- Assist in cleaning & sanitation of all cultivation areas, such as grow rooms, and or as assigned
- Assist in the harvesting of all plants within a crop upon maturity
- Preparing and cleaning all bins, tools, and other materials required for plant management, Harvest, sanitation, and or other Cultivation processes as assigned.
- Assist in the construction, monitoring, and maintenance of drip irrigation systems as well as environmental controls.
- Accurately track and log all pertinent information as defined by MA CCC and Revolutionary Clinics regulations.
- Ensure that all areas of production & cultivation comply with CCC and Revolutionary Clinics standards and regulations
- Partner cross-functionally within Cultivation & production on any task and duties as needed or assigned
- Complete any other necessary tasks or duties for continued and efficient Cultivation & Production operations as deemed by Leads & Managers.
- Strong attention to detail
- Team orientated
- Metrc familiarity or training strongly encouraged
- Cultivation experience specific to Cannabis strongly encouraged
- Also acceptable and strongly encouraged is prior experience with horticulture / agriculture / cultivation
- Must be at least 21 years or age or older.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs unassisted.
- Amenability to an adaptable schedule
- Must pass a comprehensive background check annually to ensure compliance within Cannabis Control Commission and Revolutionary Clinics set regulations.

Environmental Factors:
Employees may be required to bend, squat, kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, complete repetitive hand movements, and/or walk intermittently throughout the day. Employees may also be exposed to company approved chemicals for sanitation and production purposes. Employees in this role will be exposed to water, moisture, and/or damp working conditions regularly or for prolonged periods of time. Team members will also be exposed to cannabis and cannabis products while onsite.
