REVOLUTIONARY HOME HEALTH IS SEEKING A FULL-TIME HOME CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA) / HEALTH AIDE (HHA) TO PROVIDE CARE TO PATIENTS IN THEIR HOMES COVERING THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES- LACKAWANNA, WYOMING, SUSQUEHANNA.
The CNA / HHA provides ADL and IADL assistance to home health patients in their homes. Visits focus on assisting with personal care and providing minimal light housekeeping. The HHA sees on average 5-6 patients per day and the average visit length is 45 minutes to an hour.

Job Requirements:
· Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
· CPR
· Must be reliable and possess good communication skills
