Duties
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

- Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate medical documentation.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in the client's condition to healthcare professionals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's overall well-being.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Document care provided and update medical records as necessary.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans.
Experience
- Previous experience in caregiving or senior care is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with medical records management and documentation practices is a plus.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or those requiring long-term care is advantageous.
- Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and medication administration protocols is beneficial.
