POSITION SUMMARY:
Revolv Manufacturing Production Manager will work directly and indirectly with vendors, customers, production personnel and manufacturing engineering to aid in, clarify, and or ensure completion of production requirements. This will be accomplished by providing technical direction to Production Supervisors and input to manufacturing engineer, and communication, direction, and corrective action to production personnel.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide work direction to production personnel
- Promote a positive and productive working environment
- Promote cost savings, cycle time reductions, efficient arm utilization
- Assess and provide corrective action to non-compliant parts
- Support the cost estimating of new parts
- Support tool and fixture design
- Determine design requirements, request required/desired changes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Support the APQP process
- Verify paperwork/procedures are being followed
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Other duties as assigned
