Part-Time Bookkeeper (In-Office – Real Estate Office)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our real estate office. This role requires strong experience in business bookkeeping and QuickBooks, with a particular focus on reconciling accounts and preparing commission disbursements for real estate agents.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and financial transactions in QuickBooks
- Manage and maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial records
- Prepare and process agent commission disbursements with accuracy and timeliness
- Track accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting as needed
- Work collaboratively with our administrative and management teams to ensure smooth financial operations
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial matters
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business bookkeeping (preferably in a real estate office)
- Proficiency with QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop versions)
- Strong understanding of financial reconciliation and commission structures
- High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Schedule:
- In-office presence required 2 days per week
- Flexible scheduling available within standard business hours
Compensation:
- Hourly rate based on experience
