Main purpose of the Gifting Lead role:
This is a full-time role for a candidate who will be assisting the brand making team, insuring that all orders are being fulfill for influencers. Assist Manager on multitasking working on different projects.
Major Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Supervising the team and ensure all order are properly filled
- Assisting in the coordination of beauty projects
- Collaborating with other departments for effective communication
- Performing tasks such as picking, packing and sorting
Required Competencies:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to provide honest and constructive feedback
- Flexible with schedule as needed
- Willing to work overtime
- Effective multitasking abilities
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to bend, lift, open and move product up to 50 lbs
- Typically capable of working in typical warehouse conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a distribution center or warehouse
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft and Excel

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.
A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $19 - $22.
