We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while guiding clients through the car buying process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience. Spanish speaking is a requirement.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features and benefits.
- Manage inventory control by keeping track of available vehicles and ensuring proper presentation on the sales floor.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Execute cold calling strategies to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop sales strategies that meet dealership goals.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to final delivery of the vehicle.
- Maintain knowledge of current automotive trends, promotions, and financing options.
- Participate in public speaking engagements or promotional events as needed to represent the dealership.
Experience
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related retail environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written; required.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts to effectively manage pricing and financing discussions.
- Experience in inventory control processes is advantageous.
- Ability to engage in public speaking or presentations as part of promotional activities.
- A proactive approach to cold calling potential customers is beneficial.
