Job Responsibilities :
Patient Care : Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
Vital Signs Monitoring : Measure and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates.
Mobility Assistance : Help residents with mobility and physical activities, including transfers and ambulation.
Hygiene Maintenance : Ensure residents' personal hygiene and comfort through regular toileting, bathing, and grooming.
Environmental Maintenance : Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents by performing light housekeeping tasks.
Nutrition Support : Assist in meal preparation, feed residents, and monitor their food and fluid intake.
Documentation : Accurately document care provided and residents' responses in the appropriate records.
Communication : Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
Patient Advocacy : Act as an advocate for residents, addressing and resolving any concerns or issues.
Infection Control : Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of illnesses.
Qualifications :
Current and valid CNA certification in the state of NJ
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
