About the Role
As the Executive Assistant to our Co-Founder / CEO, you won't just be managing a calendar-you'll be a critical partner in driving the success of Revv during an exciting phase of rapid growth and innovation. Responsibilities
- Strategic Executive Support :
Manage the Co-Founder / CEO's dynamic and demanding calendar, scheduling high-priority meetings, calls, and travel while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Serve as a key liaison between the Co-Founder / CEO and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
Build strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers, while representing the Co-Founder / CEO and the company with professionalism.
Qualifications
5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-level executives in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
High emotional intelligence and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Compensation Range
The compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications
