About the Role
Revv has an exciting opportunity for a Vice President of People ("VP of People"). The VP of people
serves both as a key member of and a strategic partner to the executive team, while setting and
leading the talent strategy. In addition, the VP of People will invest in building the infrastructure
responsible for promoting continued strategic growth and employee experience. We are looking for
a hands-on builder who is passionate about navigating the gray areas of a start-up related to
culture, performance, and scale.

goals and updates
full 360-degree employee lifecycle, integrating robust HR systems, data analytics, and
process automation
frameworks, fostering continuous growth and clear progression pathways for employees
