Job Responsibilities
- Support clients across the Americas to support the in vivo imaging portfolio – including the IVIS instruments, Quantum micro-CT, and Vega ultrasound, and complementary reagents.
- Perform on-site trainings, primarily for customers in the Mid- and South-Atlantic states.
- On-site and remote product demonstrations and troubleshooting to drive adoption and retention of client base.
- Facilitate educational programs for client base
- Support business plans to drive target achievement and support the growth strategy within assigned end-market via tactical plans for lead and pipeline generation
- Define solutions differentiating elements for impactful sales value positioning in key markets, applications, and workflows
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers. Identify new customer opportunities.
- Facilitate VOC (Voice of Customer) process in collaboration with Segment teams in key markets
- Support internal communication and sharing across the life sciences portfolio of instruments and reagents.
- Support commercial marketing activities by leveraging KOL networks and Internal expertise
- Support the development of sales collateral, tools, and content, to enable the sales teams to respond to market, applications, and workflow opportunities either new or in alignment with core growth strategy.
- In partnership with the Segment and Marketing teams, propose specific growth activities within each assigned end-market, influencing field sales with strategic focus and business development

Basic Qualification:
- Master's degree in a life science discipline
- 5 years' experience in a commercial organization
- 1 year of experience with in vivo imaging of animal models
OR
- PhD in a life sciences discipline
- 1 year of experience with in vivo imaging of animal models
Preferred Qualifications:
- Field applications experience in customer-facing role
- Teaching/training experience
- Expertise in preclinical optical, micro-CT, and/or ultrasound imaging
Other Requirements:
- Out-of-state travel required – approximately 50%
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move inside and outside labs
- Work with live animals
