Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the renewal process for assigned accounts, ensuring timely contract renewals and maximizing customer retention rates.
- Identify and manage opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing customers, driving revenue growth within your account base.
- Cultivate and retain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, serving as a primary point of contact for all commercial matters related to the account.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and objectives, and recommending solutions that align with their employee engagement and wellbeing goals.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, staying informed about new features and updates, and effectively communicate value propositions to current clients.
- Provide accurate forecasting and regular reporting on account health, renewal status, and expansion opportunities to internal stakeholders.
- Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience with our products and services, and advocate for necessary improvements or enhancements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in account management at a SaaS company, focusing on renewal and expansion revenue from midmarket and enterprise accounts, preferably within the HR tech sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, able to identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools.
