Summary
We are seeking a Program Administrator/Director to join our team at Reward Path Recovery Center. This management position is crucial to the ongoing growth and development of the program, as well as fostering a supportive environment for both clients and staff.
Responsibilities
Oversee the development and implementation of treatment programs tailored to client needs.
Manage daily operations of the program, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Collaborate with clinical staff to enhance program effectiveness and client outcomes.
Develop budgets and monitor financial performance of programs.
Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions or in addiction treatment settings.
Strong program development and management skills.
Knowledge of behavioral health practices and principles.
Excellent administrative skills, including budgeting and reporting capabilities.
Effective relationship management skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
