What are the responsibilities and job description for the SMB Account Executive position at Rewardian?
Our Ideal Candidate :
You are a high-performing BDR / SDR looking to make the jump into an entry-level AE role. Or you are a new AE that thrives in a fast-paced environment and looking for a fresh start at a growing company. Initially, this person will be focused on the SMB market in targeted industries based on our ideal customer profile (primarily Human Resources). You will be responsible for full-cycle sales, from lead generation to nurturing and closing. The ideal candidate has experience with cold outreach and solution selling, capable of hunting and consulting, and with our buyers. The candidate should also have an entrepreneurial spirit, be passionate about the recognition / rewards / incentives industry, and be an amazing listener.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Cultivate relationships with ideal customers in targeted industries
- Responsible for developing, managing, and tracking a business development plan to meet goals
- Have the ability to scope out a project after listening to buyer objectives
- Create and present proposals to buyers to secure business
- Prospect potential clients through various lead sources (including could outreach)
- Grow and maintain pipeline and actively close sales
- Follow Rewardian processes for pricing, production, finance, and client services
- Become a thought leader for HR strategy and leverage experience with clients
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor products
- Attend assigned events and conferences for learning and lead generation
