This is a full-time, on-site role located in Derwood, MD, for a Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, managing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring the efficient operation of facility equipment. Additional responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, scheduling and coordinating maintenance and repair work, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Supervisory skills to effectively manage and lead maintenance staff
- Strong background in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
- Experience in Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software
- Relevant certifications in maintenance or engineering fields are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred
