Reworld Waste Hodgkins seeks an experienced, results-oriented leader to join our award-winning team in Hodgkins, IL. We're committed to keeping waste out of landfills, ensuring safe operations, and minimizing environmental impacts.
Position Description :
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Shift Supervisor is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the facility during an assigned shift. The Shift Supervisor will routinely tour the plant and oversee the work of various employees while operating within all safety regulations, environmental limits and permits. In the event of emergencies or unusual operations, the Shift Supervisor will, if necessary, direct, or personally perform the required operations as well as coordinate the activities of all employees involved.

This position's expected hourly pay rate is $32.00 / hr -$35.00 / hr.
