JOB REQUIREMENTS : Position Description : The CDL Driver will perform duties associated with transporting hazardous and non-hazardous waste between Reworld facilities and the client\'s sites. Drives will be able to operate various equipment, including vacuum tankers, trucks, vans, and flatbeds. Responsibilities : Safely operate equipment following DOT regulations and company policies and regulations. Drive commercial vehicles to safely pick up and transport waste to a designated location while meeting scheduled appointments and following all DOT regulations. Ensure the placarding of the vehicle meets DOT regulations. Maintain paperwork, including expense reports, timesheets, vehicle inspection reports, manifests, and job sheets. Inspect truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water. Secure cargo before and during transit. Complete additional assigned duties.
- OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS : Requirements : High School Diploma / GED preferred. Must be 21 years or older, due to interstate travel in a commercial vehicle and federal regulations. Ability and knowledge to operate a manual transmission Minimum (2) years of commercial driving experience. CDL Class A with Tanker endorsements. Clean driving records Ability to use a tablet for E-Logs. Abide by standard DOT regulations at all times.
