About the role
The Maintenance Helper is a motivated worker who helps maintain safety and operational effectiveness in the diesel and heavy equipment maintenance shop.
Position Responsibilities:
- Cleaning up spills of oil, hydraulic oil etc.
- Make sure all points of entrance and exit are cleared and always cleaned.
- Sweeping all the bays, walkways, and offices
- Cleaning walls, floors, windows
- Power washing heavy duty trucks, trailers, and equipment
- Mobile equipment maintenance, as directed by facility leadership
- General Housekeeping and keeping general shop area clean.
- Picking up parts from vendor locations
Position Requirements & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Must have the ability to work a rotating shift schedule
