About the role

This job offers an exciting growth opportunity with a very competitive Total Rewards package that includes:

Based at our Conshohocken, PA facility, we seek a dedicated individual to perform various hands-on tasks required for operation of the plant such as maintaining and operating the equipment installed in the Metals Recovery area and performing walk downs and inspections of the Metals Recovery System equipment.
Perform routine housekeeping duties and other duties as assisted/directed by the Shift Supervisor.

Position Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED is required.
Candidate must have at least one year of previous experience in the operation of heavy industrial machinery or demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
Military or formal technical/apprentice training is desirable.
Previous power plant/industrial experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Walk, stand, sit, and climb
- Consistently work in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift/carry 50lbs
- Qualify to wear a full-face respirator
- Ability to work from heights and in confined spaces
