Mill Grinding Room Operator
High production custom millwork facility is looking for an operator to work in the tool room. Monday- Friday 7AM-3:30PM some Saturdays required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Knife Grinding Machine set up
· Tool set up
· Profile Knife Grinding/ Sharpening
· Maintaining Customer Tooling Inventory
· Training on TurboCAD Drawing program
· Lite maintenance and repair of grinding room equipment
Qualifications:
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment
· Ability to speak, understand and communicate safely, work related instructions
· Ability to read work orders, tape measures, calipers and prints
· Stand 100% of the time.
· Ability to follow safety procedures when lifting, bending and twisting.
