Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Forklift certification
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
- Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and effective production processes
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Assist with the packaging and shipping of finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for process improvement
Skills:
As a Trimmer Line Assistant, you will use your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure the quality and efficiency of our production line. You will collaborate with the production team to identify areas for process improvement and use your excellent communication and teamwork skills to ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality.
