Job Summary
The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing office operations, handling administrative tasks, and supporting various departments to maintain an efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for records and documents.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff when required.
- Support HR functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with bookkeeping and basic accounting is a plus.
