Position Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager with 2-3 years of experience in financial services marketing. This role will focus on managing our ETP brands, supporting product launches, managing a marketing calendar, and overseeing campaign reporting. The ideal candidate will help drive growth by coordinating multi-channel campaigns and ensuring seamless execution across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Management: Oversee marketing efforts for REX’s suite of ETP brands, ensuring consistent messaging and brand visibility.
• Product Launches: Coordinate marketing initiatives for new ETF product launches, managing timelines and deliverables across teams.
• Campaign Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights to optimize future efforts.
• Relationship Management: Work closely with 3^rd party venders for marketing efforts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and external partners to ensure alignment with business goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in financial services marketing, with a focus on ETFs or investment products.
• Proven experience managing product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot) and digital marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate across teams.
