Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and timely sales forecasts.
- Partners with Region leadership to establish strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
- Responsible for achieving specified sales and gross margin goals while increasing market share with existing customers and growing new and active customers.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the sales forecast.
- Motivate sales team to constantly improve its performance and customer interaction to help further company sales.
- Strive to identify new business opportunities and new partnering relationships at the executive level.
- Assist branches and customers with product and technical support.
- Make joint sales calls on all key, target, and new customers.
- Provide branches with support in meeting sales plan objectives and reviewing report cards.
- Identify customer pricing structure and review quotations.
- Provide customer and Branch Training.
- Other duties as assigned.
