Rexi Ventures Inc. is a fast-growing fintech startup bridging traditional payment systems with blockchain technology. We are looking for a Compliance Specialist to ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate risk, and help us navigate the evolving financial landscape.
What You’ll Do:
✔️ Develop and implement compliance policies for fintech and blockchain operation
s ✔️ Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, and other financial regulatio
ns ✔️ Conduct risk assessments and internal aud
its ✔️ Stay updated on regulatory changes and provide strategic guid
ance ✔️ Collaborate with legal and operations teams to maintain regulatory stan
dards
What We’re Looking
For:
🔹 2 years of experience in compliance, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or financial ser
vices 🔹 Knowledge of AML, KYC, BSA, and OFAC regula
tions 🔹 Strong analytical and problem-solving s
kills 🔹 Experience working with regulatory agencies (FinCEN, OFAC,
etc.) 🔹 Certifications (CAMS, CRCM, CCEP) are a
plus
