Pay: $20.00 - $22.00/hour D.O.E.
Qualifications for higher pay rates:
- Previous successful experience in landscape maintenance
- Horticultural knowledge, including plant identification, technical pruning, fertilization, and general principles of horticulture.
- Efficient and organized work habits.
- Have a Class C Driver's License and delegate tasks to crew members.
Description:
Rexius' Bend location is seeking entry level Landscape Maintenance Crew members for full-time, year-round positions. The successful candidate will provide maintenance service on residential and/or commercial landscapes.
Daily Tasks:
- Travel with Crew Leader to location of job
- Regularly operate machinery and hand tools for mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, shearing, blowing
- Lift, push and pull objects such as equipment weighing 60 lbs or more throughout the day
- Acts as an ambassador for Rexius/Springtime to the public
Requirements:
- Attention to detail
- Strong verbal, written and customer service skills
- Awareness of the proper care, use, and maintenance of tools
- Punctual and reliable
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
