**Position Overview:**
As a Sales Manager at RexMont Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in leading our team of agents to achieve outstanding production levels while actively recruiting new talent. You will be a key player in driving the growth and success of our firm by building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate agents and recruits.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Lead and Motivate Agents:** Inspire and guide our team of real estate agents to achieve and exceed their production goals. Provide ongoing support, training, and mentorship to ensure their success.
**Recruitment:** Actively recruit new agents to join our team. Utilize your persuasive skills and network to attract top talent in the real estate industry.
**Relationship Building:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with both current and prospective agents. Engage in meaningful career discussions and provide guidance on financial and business growth.
**Prospecting:** Conduct warm and cold prospecting of real estate agents through various communication channels, including phone, email, text, and video.
**Career Orientations:** Host career orientations once a month to introduce potential recruits to the opportunities at RexMont Real Estate.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales management in the real estate industry.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A natural-born closer with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Base salary of $75,000 with significant upside potential to make multi 6 figures per year, plus residual earnings.
- Matching 401k, employer-paid health insurance, and vacation time.
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends.
