Job Description
- Operate band saw to cut raw material to required dimensions per production order
- Deliver cut material to designated machines.

Debur all holes and internal cavities in manifold blocks utilizing properly sized air tools with:
- Grinding Stones
- Drills
- Cartridge Sand Paper Rolls
- Bore polishers
- Scotch Brite Pads
- Blow out chips and dirt in all port holes and bolt holes.
- 100% visually check all holes with proper light, making sure all intersecting holes are burr free.
- Mark all holes with markers to indicate that they are clean.
- Stamp personal identification on all blocks deburred in your station
- Check finishes (surface and internal) for any defects/marring.
- Buff manifold blocks ready to clean with sander for finish.
- Operate industrial washers and dip tank to ensure cleanliness of products produced.
- Maintain a clean work area with daily cleaning activities.
- Overtime in this position will be required, sometimes with little advanced notice.
- Perform other essential and related peripheral duties as assigned by Team Leader and Group Leader.
- Hours worked 5am-5pm Monday-Thursday
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent from an accredited school (ex. PA Department of Education, FL Department of Education, US Military).
- Good working knowledge of all deburring tools and basic deburring procedures preferred.
- Capable of understanding metal finishes and how to achieve a good finish.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work overtime, sometimes with little advanced notice.
