About the job
Rexza, Inc. is expanding its sales team and is looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Representative to promote Frontier’s fiber-optic internet services to customers in the Brandon, FL market. If you are an experienced salesperson passionate about technology, consider joining our dynamic team!
Your primary responsibilities will include working within an assigned territory to develop relationships with property staff and residents at local apartment communities. You will identify the communication needs of customers, raise awareness about Frontier’s services, and assist residents in transitioning to fiber-optic internet.
Your primary duty is to build relationships with on-site property staff to introduce the Frontier brand to their residents and drive sales. You will visit communities daily to market Frontier services, inform staff and residents about the benefits of fiber-optic internet, and share current promotional offers.
You will generate leads through prospecting, networking, and on-site resident "Meet and Greet" events, where you create excitement around the Frontier brand. Using a consultative sales approach, you are expected to generate an average of 3 sales per day. You will also distribute flyers to prospects who do not currently have Frontier service.
This is a field sales role that requires daily travel within your territory.

Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Access to a reliable vehicle with a valid Driver's License and car insurance, and willingness to travel within your assigned territory daily.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in technology sales or a related field. Outside sales or wireless sales experience is a plus!
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications products and services.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!
