Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicles, ensuring they meet safety standards.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for automotive service tasks.
• Conduct auto body repairs, including dent removal, painting, and frame straightening.
• Assist in the restoration of vehicles to their original condition, focusing on quality craftsmanship.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions to repair them.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and customer satisfaction.
• Lift heavy components as necessary during repairs or restorations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive repair and maintenance, preferably with a focus on auto restoration.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various automotive issues.
• Proficiency in using both power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Experience with heavy lifting is essential for handling vehicle parts and equipment.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance schedules and best practices is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive service are a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality work.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
