Market Director of Spirits

Position Responsibilities :

  • Key leader in spirits execution in designated Market Unit
  • Lead Account Development Specialist (ADS) Supervisors directly, and ADS team in achievement of performance objectives
  • Coach ADS team to build strategies with specific customers and geographical areas by bringing knowledge to key decisions from all capability areas within the company
  • Collaborate with Business Unit leaders for a cohesive execution message for Reyes Beverage Group
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor's Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma with 13 plus years of specific experience and 7 plus years of management experience

    • Preferred Education and Experience :

  • Master’s Degree
