Overview:
The Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Accountable Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability through effective management of the sales organization.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise assigned staff, including interview, hire, train, coach, and termination processes.
- Develop and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans to manage Point Of Sale execution.
- Handle retail customer complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure company sales and distribution goals are met by developing and submitting sales plans.
- Ride with sales and management teams as needed to complete evaluations and manage route assignments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of sales or related experience and 3 years of management experience, or High School Diploma with 9 years of specific experience and 4 years of management experience.
