About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized Accounts Payable Associate to join our team at Reyes Beverage Group. In this role, you will be responsible for performing accounting duties related to accounts payable transactions, including three-way matching for payment of purchase order invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review all invoices to identify taxable charges and research discrepancies
- Communicate directly with vendors and distribution center team members
- Support documentation gathering for tax audits
- Maintain procedural documentation and sort daily incoming vendor invoices and mail
- Request new or modify existing vendor address book records and respond to vendor inquiries
- Perform bookkeeping tasks by preparing analyses of accounts and statements
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 1 to 2 years of related experience
