Job Description:
- Sales and Merchandising Management: Direct sales and merchandising efforts in assigned retail stores to ensure results are consistent with company goals for displays, shelfing position, and pricing
- Leadership and Supervision: Provide effective leadership, training, and supervision to assigned sales personnel
- Customer Service: Assist the Sales Manager in addressing customer issues, monitoring competitive activity, and managing potential overage situations in the market
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma with 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of supervisory experience
- Physical Requirements: Lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis
