Job Description:
The Customer Engagement Director will be responsible for increasing sales and profitability through effective management of the sales organization. This includes supervising assigned staff, developing and submitting sales plans, and ensuring company sales and distribution goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise assigned staff, including interview, hire, train, coach, and termination processes.
- Develop and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans to manage Point Of Sale execution.
- Handle retail customer complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of sales or related experience and 3 years of management experience, or High School Diploma with 9 years of specific experience and 4 years of management experience.
