- Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM Start Time
- Pay: Between $18-$20 per hour

Position Summary:
The Building Maintenance Technician maintains the cleanliness of the facility.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Ensure cleanliness through continuous monitoring and cleaning of facility
- Empty and clean all trash barrels throughout the facility
- Wipe down walls quarterly
- Mop areas that cannot be reached with the scrubber equipment
- Report any problems with cleaning equipment or out of stock cleaning materials to management
- Assist management on assignments as requested
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- 0 to 6 plus months general facility maintenance experience
- Ability to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions effectively
- Problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Forklift and scrubber certification
- General knowledge of OSHA requirements in a warehouse environment
